AC Pro, a family-owned business serving the Western region since 1986, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will read pick tickets, locate items, load carts, and move goods to shipping areas, maintaining accurate stock reports and safety standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with packing, maintaining an orderly workspace, and supporting team with dock operations. Valid forklift certification preferred; high school diploma or GED required; pre-employment drug

Responsabilités

• Read and follow Pick Tickets for order pulling.
• Locate and pull items from inventory and load into carts.
• Transport items from storage to shipping area or pallets using forklifts or carts.
• Keep accurate stock counts and mark paperwork accordingly.
• Update pick ticket and move paperwork through processing.
• Update database and track inventory using stock codes.
• Inspect items for quality and report problems to Supervisor.
• Assist Loaders in preparing orders for shipping and packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support dock operations.
• Provide hands-on training to associates as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and accurately read, understand, and follow Pick Tickets for order pulling.
• Locate and pull items from inventory and load into carts or other moving equipment.
• Transport items from storage area to shipping area or pallets by using carts, moving equipment or forklifts.
• Keep accurate reports for stock counts. Mark paperwork (ticket or database) and track inventory accurately.
• Update and process pick ticket and move paperwork accurately through next phase of processing.
• Update database. Track inventory and mark items with stock codes.
• Inspect items for quality and quantity and any evidence of damage and report any problems to Supervisor.
• Assist Loaders in preparing order for shipping with staging and packaging.
• Contribute to team efforts by assisting with various entry level warehouse operations and dock-related tasks, shipping, moving, handling, and tracking material using proper paperwork.
• Provide hands on job-function training to fellow Associates as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient production functions.

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work in timely manner.
• Ability to utilize hand trucks, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within warehouse facilities.
• Ability to follow specific verbal and written instructions.
• Work overtime as required by business needs.
• Perform job tasks using specific safety tools and actions as provided in training.
• Maintain a high percentage of accuracy and attention to detail.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift certification preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand on two feet, walk, twist, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more a day).
• Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Anything over 50 lbs. requires assistance.
• Ability to use both arms and hands fully for tasks such as reaching, feeling, grasping, gripping, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Must be able to work in various warehouse conditions, including cold, heat, wind, dust, wet environments, and noisy surroundings
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment drug and physical screen

Pay Range: $19.00 to 21.00 per hour DOE

1st Shift, Saturdays and overtime as needed
