• Follow all standard work including safety standards.
• Accurately pick and pack the correct quantity of parts/items needed per order and place them in the correct container.
• Handle packages safely and securely.
• Read and follow shipping labels and secure loads according to loading guidelines.
• Assist in other areas when finished with assigned tasks.
• Participate in on-the-job training as needed.
• Perform daily 6S activities such as housekeeping, maintaining an organized and safe work area, and completing necessary paperwork/check sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Cross-train in all distribution areas/departments.
• Work overtime when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to verify product quality.
• Proficiency with all required tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds repeatedly; team lift beyond that.
• Basic math skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
