Overview

We’re looking for an Order Processor to join our Operations team! As an Order Processor for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen, you will be retrieving daily orders, entering data, and verifying order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve daily orders inputted into the shared drive by all Technicians and save to the electronic customer file on the shared drive.
• Conduct 'Ready to Order' entry and reporting in/from system to determine product order capacity for weekly ordering.
• Match orders entered by Technicians to Sales Contracts, process NSPRs and SPRs, verify order accuracy, and upload confirmations into customer files.
• Track all orders in the rForce system and upload verified orders into customer files.
• Order Job In Progress units.

• Ability to handle high volume order processing.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
