Qualifications

• Unload trucks using a hand truck, pallet jack, or forklift.
• Read customer orders to determine items to move, gather, or ship.
• Verify and note the count and condition of cargo received and decide to refuse or accept.
• Record documents in logbooks and systems.
• Perform forklift duties and learn to cube basic loads.
• Maintain and tidy warehouse, sweep floors and store equipment.
• Prepare required reports and perform pre/post-operation checks.
• Keep property in excellent condition and protect assets.
• Scan outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and Quality control.
• Ensure procedures are followed for proper product control.
• Identify damaged items in outbound bays.
• Inspect outbound products for quality assurance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm

Looking for Order Processor jobs in Aurora where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Job Duties

• Unload trucks by use of equipment such as a hand truck or pallet jack, or by using a forklift
• Read customer orders, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped
• Verify and note the count and condition of cargo received, knowing when to either refuse or accept with notation.
• Record documents to appropriate forms and/or logbooks.
• Perform forklift duties and learn to cube basic loads.
• Assist in various warehouse maintenance tasks, including sweeping floors, storing equipment, etc.
• Perform required before, during, and after-operation "user maintenance" and provide required reports
• Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition
• Scan outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control
• Ensure compliance with all procedures established to ensure product is being properly controlled
• Identify damaged items staged in outbound bays
• Inspect outbound products for quality assurance

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Order Processor.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
