The Role:

Order Processing Specialist

As part of the One Services Order Services evolution, we are enhancing our order entry and conversion teams. This role is part of the Trailblazer team supporting One Services, managing case queues for orders, acting as champions for the full scope of orders, and serving as SMEs during the trial of the new One Services process end-to-end. The role also involves supporting purchase order requests outside booking rules but within assigned cost centers.

What will you do?
  1. Execute order administration functions, including order entry, modifications, and logging incompletions through Oracle, BFO, SEA, S4, SAP ECC.
  2. Manage and administer Service Contracts and related activities.
  3. Take ownership of all orders and ensure administrative support is provided.
  4. Communicate directly with internal customers, Account Managers, Sales Reps, Field Service, and other departments to ensure order accuracy and address inquiries regarding services and order status.
  5. Enter Purchase Orders promptly.
  6. Achieve team KPIs related to quality, SLA time, and case volume.
  7. Ensure correct quotations and contracts are used.
  8. Monitor individual backlog to ensure timely and accurate order entry.
  9. Identify and communicate process improvements for best practices.
  10. Manage personal case queues and support other queues as needed.
  11. Maintain flexibility in communication and training across teams.
  12. Manage change orders within scope.
  13. Handle transactional questions related to order services on PS-led orders, whether service or NSF-led.
  14. Participate in filing, cross-training, and uptraining activities related to order entry.
Qualifications

Who would be successful?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • Willing to work in Cavite.
  • Filipino citizens or holders of relevant residence status.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
