Job summary

Kenworth Truck Company, a PACCAR division, is seeking a qualified candidate to analyze orders, resolve option content incompatibilities, and coordinate with engineers and dealers to implement solutions.

The role requires strong technical communication, a proactive mindset, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical data

  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and follow through

  • Strong desire to learn new roles and activities within department

  • Demonstrate and maintain high level of flexibility

  • Strong knowledge of heavy duty trucks is preferred

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Must be capable of multi-tasking



Desirable Qualifications


  • BS degree in Engineering or Technical field is preferred

  • Three to five years of truck or automotive experience with demonstrated understanding of mechanical devices and manufacturing processes

  • Two years of PACCAR experience is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex tasks

  • Familiarity of CICS system

  • Proficient with Windows systems
