Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year minimum experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Forklift certificate.
• Ability to operate power tools (saws, drills, routers, nail guns).
• Working knowledge of metric and imperial measurements.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and dimensioning.

Responsibilities

• Direct the team to coordinate workflow for order prep and shipping.
• Assign tasks to meet the shipping schedule.
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment and report issues.
• Communicate daily shift activities to the incoming shift lead to ensure smooth transition.
• Notify Production Supervisor of department activities to meet daily goals.
• Assist training of new employees.
• Lead packaging preparation for shipments (dunnage and nesting).
• Enter production data into Epicor at end of shift.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
