Order Picker/Selector - Overnight - Part Time

Kohler Distributing Company is the leading Beer and Alcoholic Beverage wholesale distributor in Northern NJ, with 300 team members working in a 250,000 sq ft facility. We pride ourselves on providing excellent support and service to nearly 3000 retail customers.

We are seeking Part-time Overnight Order Pickers to join our Night Warehouse Team. This unionized position with Teamsters Local 11 involves filling customer orders and staging for loading, ensuring safety, security, and productivity standards are met. Accuracy and completeness of orders are essential.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, stand, and lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
• Operate a manual pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Starting pay of $17.97/hour.
• Shift hours from 11:45 pm to 5:00 am, Sunday through Thursday.
• Paid sick time according to NJ Sick Leave Law.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse or order picking experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

All employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug test and background check.
