Job summary

Rust-Oleum Corporation seeks a Material Handler for our Martinsburg plant to pick orders and prepare them for shipment. You will work with a fast-paced team, selecting orders from the warehouse floor and placing them on the correct pallet.

You must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly, maintain safety, and ensure accuracy before routing orders to customers. Prior experience is not required, but reliability and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work overtime and flexible hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Aptitude with SAP/WMS System as well as ISO-9001 requirements.
• Appropriate forklift and comparable equipment operating skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly for extended periods.
