Rust-Oleum Corporation is seeking a Night Shift Material Handler to pick orders, route materials, and ensure accuracy before shipment. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating forklifts, and following safety protocols in a fast-paced plant setting.

You will join a hardworking team and contribute to timely order fulfillment, with overtime and flexible hours as needed. Our site emphasizes quality and efficient processing of material handlers across the warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in a warehouse/receiving environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work overtime and flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required.
• Familiarity with SAP/WMS and ISO-9001 requirements.
• Forklift and Raymond operating skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and process orders accurately.
• Deliver or route materials to departments.
• Operate forklifts, Raymond trucks, and similar equipment.
• Determine shipping methods using procedures, routes, and rates.
• Communicate to rectify damages, shortages, and nonconformances.
• Use order-processing computer systems.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Process.
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse and shipping area.
