Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and pack customer orders in a high-volume zone picking station. You will maintain productivity and accuracy standards while handling boxes and stock materials.

Position operates from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with a base hourly rate of $15.50 plus shift differential. This role requires attention to safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using a hand scanner to identify order requirements.
• Ability to pull products from stock and pack accurately.
• Meet daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour.
• Maintain high quality and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Uses a hand scanner to determine order requirements
• Pulls the correct product from the stock area and packs it into the appropriate boxes
• Meets required daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour
• Ensure that work meets quality standards
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without waste
• Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to the manager
• Maintains a current knowledge of operating procedures and company products
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment
