Job summary

NewCold is hiring an Order Selector/Order Picker to join our automated cold storage operations. You will ensure orders are picked, stacked, wrapped, labeled, and shipped per customer requests, using forklift and stand-up lift equipment.

You’ll operate in a safety‑driven environment, maintain accuracy, and support inventory control while meeting daily throughput targets. Training and personal protective equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Follow safety rules and operate forklift carefully.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a safety‑first manner, prioritizing environment and people.
• Organize and palletize products to build customer orders.
• Re-pack, wrap, label, and prepare orders per KPI and customer specs.
• Pull, pack, and ship orders accurately using stand-up lifts.
• Move and stack pallets, inspect equipment, and document activities.
• Maintain attendance and high performance; follow company procedures.
