Job Description

We’re seeking a reliable Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Allentown, PA, who can also serve as a back-up delivery driver using a sprinter van (on rare occasions). This is a 3rd shift role, typically scheduled from 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM, though start and end times may shift by an hour based on operational needs. A clean driving record and valid driver’s license are required for the occasional driving duties.

Key Competencies & Duties:

• Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners or printed pick sheets
• Verify product types, quantities, and freshness against order specs
• Work in cold storage environments (refrigerated/frozen)
• Ensure product quality, proper labeling, and food safety compliance (expiration dates, packaging integrity)
• Assist in unloading deliveries, stocking, and rotating inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized; follow GMP and HACCP standards
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
• Flag any damaged goods, shortages, or safety concerns to supervisor
• Support general warehouse tasks including inventory counts or audit preparation
• Serve as a back-up sprinter van driver for local deliveries when needed

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

• Basic math, reading, and written communication skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible with shift times
• Forklift experience/certification a plus
