Job summary

Fytertech Nonwovens LLC in De Pere, WI is seeking an Order Picker for the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am) with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The role includes 8-hour Sunday–Thursday consistency, shift premiums, and a path from Picker 1 to Picker 2.

PTO up to 80 hours in the first year plus 16 hours personal time; safety shoe and glasses reimbursements are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Able to work the 10:00 PM–6:30 AM shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Lift Truck Safety Checks.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Complete daily picks for all outbound orders.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks efficiently.
• Verify inbound/outbound product using packing lists and bills of lading.
• Consolidate partial pallets and rework inventory as assigned.
• Conduct cycle counts/recounts as assigned.
• Interact with internal and external customers.
• Lift up to 45 lbs and perform related physical tasks.

General Responsibilities:

-Perform daily duties including Lift Truck Safety Checklists

-Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance issues to Warehouse Supervisor and Maintenance personnel

-Complete daily picks for ALL out-bound orders

-Assist the team in loading and unloading trucks in the most efficient manner

-Assist in the verification of inbound/outbound product utilizing packing lists and bills of landing

-Consolidate partial pallets & re work inventory as assigned by Shipper 3

-Conduct cycle counts/recounts as assigned by Warehouse Coordinator

-Ability to multi-task and interact with internal and external customers

-Ability to lift up to 45 lbs; physically being able to climb, bend, repetitive motions
