Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, INC. is seeking an Order Picker for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:30am - 3:00pm). You will pick and scan finished goods, restock as needed, and maintain clean, organized pick areas while following GMP and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include training new pickers, returning tablets/scanners to charge areas, and adhering to SOPs while maintaining regular attendance. This role requires reading/writing English and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a warehouse environment
• Flexibility for overtime when needed
• Must be able to read/write English
• Ability to work autonomously and use resources available to complete tasks timely
• Must comply with GMP requirements; training discussed on the job
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Work environment may include powders, chemicals, allergens
• Ability to stand, bend, twist for up to 8 hours

Job description

Under the direction of the Manager/Supervisor/Lead Person, the Order Picker is responsible for picking and scanning finished goods items for orders. Also responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct products are being scanned/picked for orders
• Help restock pick locations when needed
• Responsible for housekeeping in pick area
• Participates in training of new order pickers
• Ensure Tablet and Scanner are returned to charge area at the end of the day.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed in warehouse
• Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
• Other duties as assigned
