ManpowerGroup is seeking an Order Picker to support the Order Selection and Shipping Departments in Warrensburg, MO. The role focuses on accurate order picking, labeling, and efficient shipping processes to meet daily production goals.

The position requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina (10–60 lb lifts), and reliable attendance. Previous warehouse experience is preferred; shifts run Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• No certifications required; strong work ethic and readiness to work.
• Able to lift 10–60 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for 8 hours per shift.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform order selection in assigned locations using a voice picking headset.
• Label boxes accurately and move orders to conveyor line.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from conveyor to trailers.
• Meet production goals in both selection and shipping tasks.

Job Title: Order Picker

Our client, warehouse and logistics operations is seeking a Order Picker to join their team. As a Order Picker, you will be part of the Order Selection and Shipping Departments supporting production and shipping teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to meet production goals consistently, and a commitment to safe, accurate work that keeps operations moving.

Pay Range: $18.50

Shift: Shift Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

• Order Selection: Pick items in assigned location(s) using a voice picking headset system.
• Label boxes accurately and move completed orders onto the conveyor line.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Shipping: Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers.
• Meet production goals in both selection and shipping tasks.
