Job summary

Clark Associates’ The Restaurant Store in Reading, PA is seeking an Order Picker to support the Order Fulfillment Manager in all aspects of the customer order process at a retail branch. You will fulfill orders by accurately picking, consolidating, slotting, and completing related tasks according to sales, fulfillment, inventory, and merchandising goals.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to operate pallet jacks and other equipment in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
• Complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with branch operational goals.
• Meet or exceed company-defined efficiency and accuracy metrics.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area.
• Communicate discrepancies, order status, or issues with the Order Fulfillment Manager.
• Perform additional tasks to support location operations and align with business goals.
