Job description

Mequon, WI / Brown Deer, WI / Milwaukee, WI

Order Pickers/Packagers

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm with overtime ending at midnight or 1am depending on production. Pay: $14.50/hour - $16/hour based on experience.

1. Use RFID scanner to pick items for orders.
2. Must be comfortable walking at a fast pace all day.
3. Operate shipping systems for UPS and FedEx.
4. Perform quality inspections before shipping.
5. Restock the shipping station with daily supplies.
6. Lift up to 30 lbs and stand for an 8+ hour shift.
7. Pick at a minimum rate of 240 pairs per shift.
8. Forklift experience is a plus; will use rolling carts, pallet jacks, and both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

Responsibilities include picking orders, moving bulk items, unloading containers, and maintaining warehouse organization.
