Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking an Order Picker to support the Order Fulfillment Manager in executing customer orders at a retail branch location. You will accurately pick, consolidate, slot, and complete all functions related to order fulfillment in line with sales, inventory and merchandising team goals.

Ideal candidates bring strong MS Office and CRM familiarity, sharp analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Role does not require a degree.
Experience with order fulfillment processes preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

Pick, consolidate, and slot customer orders accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks, carts and/or powered equipment.
Complete all order fulfillment tasks in alignment with branch operational goals.
Meet or exceed company-defined efficiency and accuracy metrics.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe order fulfillment area.
Communicate discrepancies, order status or issues with the Order Fulfillment Manager.
Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management.

Job Summary

The Order Picker with The Restaurant Store is responsible for supporting the Order Fulfillment Manager in all aspects of the customer order process within a retail branch location. The Order Picker will fulfill customer orders by accurately picking, consolidating, slotting, and completing all functions related to order fulfillment in alignment with the goals of our sales, order fulfillment, inventory and merchandising teams.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems and project management tools
