Job summary

Ascend Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Worker/Order Picker in Lebanon, TN. The role involves picking and pulling products, locating inventory, and verifying accuracy before staging orders.

You will pack, label, scan, and stage items for shipping, and move materials with pallet jacks or carts. The job supports a team-oriented, fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow pick tickets, labels, item numbers, and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and moving throughout the shift.

• Warehouse Worker/Order Picker experience preferred
• Must be able to work in a cold environment
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass a background check
• Ability to read and follow pick tickets, labels, item numbers, and written instructions
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the shift
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must follow all safety, quality, and attendance standards
