Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process and monitor customer orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Track changes in product lead times and availability
  • Work collaboratively with service coordinators and supervisors to ensure jobs are scheduled
  • Reconcile proposal documents against customer purchase orders (scope, price, terms, schedule).
  • Set up of internal business systems (resources, invoice schedule, etc.).
  • Implement customer satisfaction processes and communicate with customers as necessary.
  • Coordinate with other departments and external suppliers to ensure customer shipments are delivered on time.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Will possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or customer service environment.
  • Will have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Will have the ability to work on a team including the gathering and disseminating of detailed information.
  • Will provide excellent oral and written communications.
  • Will possess desire for continual training and education.
  • Will have a strong work ethic.
  • Will have the skill to develop strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Will have high computer application literacy including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn our internal business system.
