Job summary

Instrumart in South Burlington, VT seeks a detail-oriented team member for order entry, tracking, and customer support. You’ll enter part numbers, respond to inquiries, and help keep shipments on track in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role offers training with NetSuite exposure and the chance to grow with Flow Control Group’s engineering-focused team. Strong typing, communication, and multitasking are valued as you support customers from first contact through delivery.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

• Order Entry


• Order tracking/shipment status updates


• Answering phones


• Part number entry as needed


• Customer/contact entry

ESSENTIAL KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Ability and comfort working with computer applications- the majority of time is spent working in NetSuite


• Display a high level of punctuality and dependability

LOCATION

This position is located in South Burlington, Vermont, with the option to work from home 40% of the time following the completion of training.
