What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Process customer purchase orders received via email, EDI, and customer portals
  • Create and follow up on Containerization requests with the purchasing team
  • Communicate necessary purchase order updates directly to customers while keeping the sales team informed
  • Monitor open order reports and coordinate with the Distribution Team on priorities
  • Participate in team status calls to resolve outstanding order management issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
