Your Opportunity
The Order Management Administrator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end workflow of the order lifecycle- including initial processing, invoicing, payment, and adjustments- ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with multiple business teams to efficiently process, and expedite sales orders, and troubleshoot access-related and other service-related concerns, ensuring seamless customer experience.
This remote position is U.S. – based only (excluding U.S. territories)
What You'll Do
Collaborate with EBSCO Sales team to obtain and clarify essential information for accurate order fulfillment
Verify royalty payments and site access for licensed database orders; work closely with sales to resolve discrepancies
Coordinate with EBSCO regional offices to address and resolve issues related to invoicing, payments, and order adjustments
Investigate and resolve access issues across all business lines to ensure uninterrupted customer experience
Oversee the intake and distribution of customer documentation, ensuring accurate review and delivery to relevant departments for further action
Identify and resolve issues related to customer account mappings to maintain data integrity
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of EBSCO’s procedures and policies related to order processing and invoicing
Assist with department projects and other tasks assigned to support team goals

About You
2+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work some overtime during peak hours in June and December, and on special projects as assigned.
Strong proficiency and practical application ability with MS Office 365 Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Pay Range
USD $36,875.00 - USD $52,680.00 /Yr.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location.
