Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. is seeking a Process & Order Logistics Lead to connect corporate operations with branch locations. You’ll drive clarity and consistency across workflows, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time, every time.

You’ll coordinate new process rollouts, partner with teams to maintain alignment, and keep Order Logistics systems running smoothly across the company. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

• Maintain and update process documentation and reference materials
• Serve as the go-to expert for systems, processes, and operational workflows
• Monitor performance reports to identify operational gaps and support corrective actions
• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and continuous improvement
