Job summary

Innoved Institute, LLC, based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, is seeking a part-time employee to assist with order packaging and fulfillment tasks involving human cadaveric specimens. Candidates should be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills.

The role offers flexible scheduling and requires strong organizational skills. Ideal candidates have prior warehouse experience but it is not strictly necessary. Availability on Sundays is highly preferred, and the position starts at $14.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Curiosity and comfort working with human cadaveric specimens
• Warehouse/order fulfillment experience preferred, but not required
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new disciplines
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Proven ability to multi‑task effectively
• Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills
• Self‑motivated, professional, detail‑oriented with excellent oral and written communication and ability to multi‑task several projects; attention to detail is a must
• Reliably able to commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Responsibilities

• Assist with order packaging, tissue pulling/thawing, compiling supply/PPE kits, and other order fulfillment & instrument related tasks
• Track daily orders—keeping track of paperwork, tissue, and supplies for each shipment
• Maintain the loading dock and participate in daily receiving & shipping
• Assist with overall loading dock/warehouse upkeep and maintenance
• Assist with deliveries/pickups of specimen & equipment from nearby facilities
• Work under changing conditions and urgent needs
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and internal procedures
• Availability for additional hours on Sundays is highly preferred
• Enforce safe lab practices and maintain a clean working environment and facility standards
• Adhere to all policies and procedures while performing job functions

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods of time

Job Details

• Job Types: Temporary, Part‑time
• Salary: $14.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday—hours between 8AM & 4PM; Sundays—hours between 9AM & 1PM (Sunday availability required)
