Job summary

ER2 Transforming Technology Solutions in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician who loves computers and electronics to join a fun, hardworking team. You will identify, evaluate, troubleshoot, test, and repair desktops and laptops while completing incoming orders.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, reporting to the Fulfillment Team Lead. The compensation is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 1-2 yrs computer repair experience preferred.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Process orders promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to complete equipment testing and support timely order delivery.
• Conduct standardized testing on unprocessed equipment.
• Repair or replace defective parts and retest devices.
• Prioritize direct shipping orders, including cleaning and vinyl application.
• Utilize packaging equipment to create boxes and palletize products.
• Fulfill customer-specific orders while minimizing defects.
• Maintain focus on exceeding customer expectations and work quality.
• Perform quality checks throughout the fulfillment process.
• Support and train team members as needed.
• Adapt to changing priorities and communicate with Team Leaders.
• Identify and address issues or obstacles faced by the team.
• Maintain professional communication across various platforms.
• Perform daily 3S (sort, sweep, standardize) tasks to keep the department clean.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for someone who loves computers and electronics, and who wants to be a part of a fun, hard working team! Our Order Fulfillment Technician team members are responsible for identifying, evaluating, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing desktops & laptops while completing incoming orders.

Schedule: This is a full-time position M-F 8am-5pm.

Supervision: This position reports to the Fulfillment Team Lead

Compensation: $20.00/Hourly

THE VITALS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects as needed 50+ lbs
• Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day
• The ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time without fatiguing
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment with some temperature fluctuations, moderate noise, and a fast-paced, busy atmosphere.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• The ability to speak/read English fluently
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• The ability to pass a drug test
• The ability to pass a background screening with no prior convictions related to theft or cybercriminal activity
• The ability to perform all work related duties free from any type of impairment
