Job summary

Kiva Confections is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to support its California distribution through accurate inventory pulls and efficient shipment preparation. The role centers on cycle counts, logging inbound items, and coordinating product movement in a busy warehouse.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to read and follow safety instructions. Some forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy.
• Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing.
• Receive and log incoming items.
• Unload delivery trucks and verify each inbound delivery against the purchase order.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift.
• Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC.

Job Summary

Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) is the distribution arm of the Kiva Confections brand. KSS provides sales and service support for not only the Kiva Confections brand but other high-quality cannabis brands in the California market as well. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality customer service to our retail customers in an environment that is fast-paced and rapidly growing. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for pulling inventory to fulfill account orders.

As a Kiva Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will...

What we're looking for...

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
• Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
• Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required.

Work Environment

• This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises
• Business work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM.
• Some extended and weekend hours may be required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend over without much assistance 80% of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.

$20 - $20 an hour
