Job summary

Kiva Confections in California seeks an Order Fulfillment Specialist within Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) to pull inventory and prepare orders for accounts. You will work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented warehouse supporting cannabis edible brands and ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping.

The role requires detail orientation, strong math, and teamwork across departments; forklift and METRC familiarity are a plus. Typical hours Mon–Fri, with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous order fulfillment or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Forklift operation experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull inventory to fulfill account orders.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment by pulling, packing, and palletizing.
• Receive and log incoming items; unload deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and operate pallet jack.
• Coordinate movement of goods with METRC tracking.

Job Summary

Kiva Sales and Service (KSS) is the distribution arm of the Kiva Confections brand. KSS provides sales and service support for not only the Kiva Confections brand but other high-quality cannabis brands in the California market as well. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality customer service to our retail customers in an environment that is fast-paced and rapidly growing. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for pulling inventory to fulfill account orders.

• Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing
• Receive and log incoming items
• Unload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase order
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift
• Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC
• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
• Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
• Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required.
• This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises
• Business work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM- 8:00 PM.
• Some extended and weekend hours may be required.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend over without much assistance 80% of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
