Professional Contractor Supply is seeking an Order Processing Associate for their Columbus, OH distribution center. This full-time role focuses on outbound order processing, packing, and shipment execution using automated picking systems.

Qualifications

Experience with outbound order processing in warehouse environments.
Familiarity with Transportation Management System (TMS) and picking station software.
Ability to follow standard work, verify items, and escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities

Process outbound orders in the TMS and ensure correct ship method, service level, and address.
Create/print/apply shipping labels and documents; confirm shipments within cut-off times.
Package orders to company standards with appropriate materials to prevent damage and mis-shipments.
Verify items and quantities prior to shipment and escalate shortages or exceptions.
Stage shipments by carrier and priority to support on-time pickups.
