Job summary

O'Neil Digital Solutions is seeking a Handwork Assistant II to support order fulfillment and shipment preparation in a warehouse setting. You will interpret job tickets, select materials, and manage packaging, labeling, and shipping through to completion.

Responsibilities include verifying ticket details, maintaining records, and collaborating with leads and teammates to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery. This role requires basic computer skills and the ability to read product SKUs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in Handwork/PicknPack or similar role (1–2 years).
• Must possess basic computer and database skills and read SKUs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute job tickets with client-specific requirements.
• Select, pull, and stage materials.
• Manage order fulfillment from start to finish, including packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments.
• Verify accuracy of tickets and packing against client standards.
• Maintain records of packaging, inventory movement, and order completion.
• Collaborate with team to ensure order accuracy and timely completion.
