Job summary

Momentum USA, Inc. is seeking an Order Puller to efficiently pick and prepare orders for shipment in our Richmond, VA facility. You will verify order accuracy, securely pack items, label packages, and help maintain a tidy, safe warehouse environment.

The role requires attention to detail, basic inventory system skills, and the ability to operate forklifts. A high school diploma and at least one year of warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience with order pulling or similar tasks preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from designated locations based on order specifications.
• Verify the accuracy of orders by checking quantities and product codes.
• Prepare orders for shipment by packing items securely and labeling packages correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting shortages.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
