BJs Wholesale Club in Fairfax, VA is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations, including picking orders from a list, moving merchandise to staging, and using handheld scanners to verify counts and locations. You’ll collaborate on digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.

Qualifications

• Experience pulling orders from a pick list.
• Experience in big box/wholesale retail preferred.
• Experience operating RF scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously using RF scanner.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Replenish inventory and communicate shortages.
• Maintain clean and safe work area per SOP.
• Meet productivity and SLA metrics.
