The Role

The Order Fulfillment Channel Manager leads cross-functional execution of vehicle order fulfillment for new vehicle launches and ongoing model-year programs. This role serves as the primary liaison between Order Fulfillment and Chevrolet, Buick GMC, and Cadillac brand channel partners, sales, marketing, product, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, dealers, and customer-facing teams. The manager aligns priorities, resolves issues, and supports timely go-to-market execution while balancing customer and dealer needs with production, supply chain, and business requirements. Day-to-day work includes leading cross-functional activities, facilitating business reviews, coordinating allocation and dealer-order activities, analyzing operational issues, and improving execution processes.

What You'll Do

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• 5+ years' experience in order fulfillment, distribution, supply chain, operations, or a related business function.
• Experience analyzing operational issues and applying mathematical reasoning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workplace.

What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working in a fast paced, ambiguous or start-up environment.
• Experience supporting vehicle launches, model-year changes, allocation, dealer ordering, or go-to-market execution.
• Automotive product or industry knowledge including familiarity with vehicle product terminology and data standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence, build productive partnerships, and collaborate across teams without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and learning quickly.
