Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Material Handling
  • Pull, stack, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
  • Verify order accuracy and ensure products are packaged safely and professionally.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
  • Organize and stage completed orders for customer pickup or shipment.
  • Handle lumber, millwork, railings, siding, timber products, and related materials safely and efficiently.
Shop & Warehouse Support
  • Assist with inventory organization and material handling.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Support production and warehouse operations as needed.
  • Work closely with shop personnel to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as trained.
  • Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed.
Qualifications
Required
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move lumber and building materials safely.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-minded.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred
  • Experience with lumber, construction materials, manufacturing, warehousing, or order fulfillment.
  • Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained).
  • Experience with inventory management and material handling.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop tools and equipment.
