Job summary

Ascend Wellness Holdings is hiring an Order Fulfillment Associate in Illinois. This full-time role processes daily sales orders, prints and organizes order tags, and tracks product batches through sub-lotting to ensure accurate fulfillment.

You will verify orders against specifications, support warehouse operations, and collaborate with the sales team to resolve issues. Schedule is 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday–Friday, pay $20.87 per hour.

Qualifications

This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow by managing order documentation, supporting product tracking through sub-lotting, and assisting with tag printing. Flexibility and high accuracy are essential in supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

In this role you ensure order accuracy and efficiency for the fulfillment process. You will also flex between tasks such as sub-lotting and printing tags to support overall flow of operations.

Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $20.87/hour

• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn order management systems

• Willingness to work overtime when required

Preferred Job Requirements

• Experience in high volume manufacturing or distribution setting
• Proven ability to manage concurrent tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processes
