What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:
  • Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Moving products to final selling locations, both in storage and on the sales floor.
  • Performing sales space replenishment following visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Selecting goods for customers promptly, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
  • Adhering to store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory counts.
  • Fostering an environment that embraces IKEA's culture and values diversity among co-workers and customers.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role.

The hourly pay range for this role is $17.77 - $25.31. This is a permanent, part-time position requiring 12-20 hours per week, with shifts between 5 am and 8 pm. Availability on Saturday and Sunday is necessary. Benefits include paid time off, early wage access, parental leave, tuition discounts, retirement plans, co-worker discounts, pet insurance, and more.
