Job summary

DHL Group in Memphis is hiring a Seasonal Order Filler Picker to support rapid order fulfillment in a busy warehouse. This role involves picking orders, replenishing stock, and ensuring accurate shipments with RF scanners.

Shifts are First Shift on Fridays through Sundays, 6:00am–6:00pm, with overtime during busy periods. Base pay is $19.05 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift premium.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse.
• Minimum 6 months experience operating a pallet jack.
• Minimum 6 months experience using an RF Scanner.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System such as Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, AS400.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders and shipments, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.

Days: Friday-Sunday

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse
• A minimum of 6 months experience operating a pallet jack
• A minimum of 6 months experience using an RF Scanner
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System such as Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, AS400
• ability to lift heavy boxes regularly throughout assigned shift

Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of 6 months computer experience in a warehouse environment.
