Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Second Shift Order Filler Picker. The role runs 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $20.45 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour differential.

The position focuses on safe, accurate picking and replenishment to fill customer orders. Responsibilities include efficient order picking, inventory counting by location, transporting orders with non-powered equipment, assisting in physical inventories, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• 0–12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.
• Case picking and standing for long periods.
• Experience with MHE equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick orders and ensure correct items are loaded.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or hand held computer. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.

Key Accountabilities:

• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipment insuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location .
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting, preferred
