Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring for a Second Shift Order Filler Picker. The role focuses on efficiently picking customer orders, loading and unloading, and ensuring inventory accuracy, with a 4:00 PM–2:00 AM schedule and a pay of $20.45 per hour plus a $1 shift differential.

This position involves operating equipment, counting inventory, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace, with potential monthly incentives and comprehensive benefits offered by DHL Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting preferred.

The core responsibilites of this role include:Efficiently pick customer orders or shipment insuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials 80% of specified shift. Pull and prepare the product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of products is loaded. Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy. Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards. Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary Ability to cross train on many functions of the warehouse.

Position: Second (2nd) Shift Order Filler Picker

Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00PM to 2:00AM

Pay: $20.45 Plus $1 shiff differential

Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses!
The position is a combination of equipment operator (30-90% depending on production peak times) but will also require the employee to perform material handling, case picking and loading/unloading duties.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or hand held computer. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.

Key Accountabilities:

• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipment insuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location .
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting, preferred
