Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Order Filler Picker for the Arlington, TX area. This role involves safe, accurate filling of customer orders and replenishing stock as directed by pick sheets or handheld devices.

The position runs on a 1st shift, 7am-3pm, Monday through Friday, with pay at $17.95 per hour. Company benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and strong career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with working in a warehouse environment is strongly preferred.
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and technology is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders and ensure correct items are loaded.
• Accurately count inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations using handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Follow pick sheets or handheld devices to fill orders.

Role Purpose

Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or hand held computer. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.

Key Accountabilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipment insuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location .
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting, preferred
