Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Ohio is hiring for an Order Filler Picker. The role supports pick, pack, returns processing, and inbound/outbound functions, using RF units and hand-held devices. It involves independent work and teamwork in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Position: Order Filler Picker. Shift: Fri-Sun 6a-6:30p. Pay: $17.75 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential. Equal opportunity employer with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–12 months warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders and ensure correct products are loaded.
• Accurately count product inventory by location.
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.

The core responsibilities of this role include:
Order filler pickers will support in various areas of the operations helping with pick, pack, returns processing, inbound and outbound functions. Use of an RF unit to move inventory, cart picking, sorting product, support with special projects. This role will work independently and with a team!

Role Purpose:

Responsible for safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Replenish or pick product with direction from pick sheets or hand held computer. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves to fill the order.

Key Accountabilities:

• Efficiently pick customer orders or shipment insuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
• Accurately count product inventory by location .
• Transport orders to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting, preferred
