Job summary

Military Produce Group LLC is seeking an Order Filler for the 2nd shift in Birmingham, AL. The role involves selecting products from pick slots, palletizing, and delivering to the dock in a refrigerated environment (34–55°F).

You will operate a standup electric pallet jack and ensure proper handling of pallets for loading. The position requires 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand 8+ hours, and pass pre-employment background screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels as established.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
• Must be able to lift to 50lbs., transverse a warehouse unassisted, and stand for 8+ hours.
• Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment background screening.

• Stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures.
• Stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations.
• Maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment.
• Shrink-wraps product on loading dock.
• Other duties may be assigned.

The starting salary for this position is $17.00 per hour plus an additional $5.09 per hour in cash fringe benefits for a maximum hourly rate of up to $22.09 with the possibility of additional weekly performance incentives.
