This role manages a portfolio of approximately 100 active orders at any given time, so strong prioritization skills and the agility to take on additional work are key.

What You’ll Do

  • Set escalation procedures and a communication plan so customer concerns are addressed efficiently across a global, matrixed organization
  • Coordinate orders and activities to ensure on-time, in-spec delivery in accordance with the customer contract
  • Serve as the focal point for resolving discrepancies and compliance issues, including certificates, compliance documents, and pre-shipment notifications
  • Respond to and mitigate exceptions that prevent a smooth, automated order-to-delivery process
  • Support the sales team during the quoting process, troubleshooting process or product related issues and owning them through to resolution
  • Maintain a tracking and measurement system to monitor and report on order management performance and outstanding issues
  • Analyze worldwide order management trends and data to recommend ways to prevent recurring technology, product, process, or contract issues
  • Identify root causes of customer problems, recommend process changes for sustained resolution, and help drive adoption of process and tooling changes
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional review meetings to track order management health and drive continuous improvement
  • Research and troubleshoot customer problems, assess urgency, and drive to resolution by securing resources and cross-department agreements
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, building cross-functional partnerships to champion customer requirements
  • Close out each order with a post-order analysis to support continuous process improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical discipline
