Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our team in a full-time role. The candidate will process orders accurately in high volumes, stay informed on pricing and product availability, and communicate updates to customers. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

The position requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree preferred
• 1–3 years experience in administration support
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to navigate related software
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Able to work independently and as a team member

Order Entry Specialist – Smart Cabinetry

Job Type: Full-Time
Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00

We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our Order Entry Specialist team. The ideal candidate will encompass the following:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to process orders accurately and efficiently in high volumes.
• Highly analytical and detail oriented with ability to demonstrate competence of details and to articulate those details.
• Maintains knowledge of changes to pricing and/or availability of products and communicates these changes with customers when necessary.
• Maintains knowledge of thousands of product SKU’s.
• Enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service.
• Team player that feels successful when the team succeeds.
• Ability to manage deadline-driven tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum high school diploma: college degree preferred
• Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in administration support.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
