Aston Carter is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our Saint Paul, MN team. You will serve as the main link between customers, distributors, sales reps, and internal teams to ensure orders are entered accurately and delivered on time.

The role suits someone with strong administrative and customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable using ERP systems. This onsite position offers contract-to-hire stability and benefits.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a professional office environment.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong data entry and order processing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Review purchase orders for pricing, quantities, shipping requirements, and product specifications.
• Verify customer information and ensure all order details are complete prior to processing.

In this role, you'll be the key connection between customers, distributors, sales representatives, and internal departments, helping ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

What You'll Do

• Enter and process customer orders accurately within the ERP system.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a professional office environment.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong data entry and order processing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience using ERP systems (Epicor experience highly preferred).
• Previous order processing or customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting distributors, sales representatives, or territory-based customers.
• Knowledge of shipping, billing, and production processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced business environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
