Job Summary

On-site position to work and assist in all aspects of inside sales and customer service. Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Use company software to:
  • Enter orders efficiently and correctly
  • Provide customer quotes
  • Engage with clients to:
    • Understand their needs
    • Provide product information
    • Answer questions
    • Update status of in-house orders
    • Make sure orders are completed to their satisfaction.

Compensation And Benefits

Compensation: An industry standard hourly wage structure is supplemented with a monthly bonus structure that is based on monthly profitability.
