Job Summary

On‑site position assisting with all aspects of inside sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and understand their needs, provide product information, answer questions, update status of in‑house orders, and ensure orders are completed to their satisfaction.
• Use company software to enter orders and provide customer quotes.
