Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Order Entry Clerk I to receive, enter and ship customer orders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will process scrap orders, update logs, and support production reporting while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You’ll aid with training, investigate order issues with technicians, and maintain 5S and safety standards across shifts. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, shipping/receiving experience, basic math and computer skills, plus strong

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter and process customer orders.

• Daily log updates.
• Production reporting.
• Assist with training as needed.
• Identify, assist, and troubleshoot with technicians, management and customers with order investigations as needed.
• FDX Shipping.
• Sort and distribute incoming product.
• Ship confirmation of orders.
• Assist with denied warranties as needed.
• Practice 5S and safety.
• Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working other shifts as needed.
