Muscle Foods USA, a Division of EURPAC SERVICE, INC., is seeking an Order Entry Clerk to join our Virginia Beach team. You will accurately process and enter customer orders, support warehouse operations, and help ensure timely, error-free order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Compiling and sorting order data, reviewing data for deficiencies, errors and discrepancies.
• Importing order data into the company database within time limits.
• Ensuring orders are generated and released for processing in accordance with customer expectations.
• Process and maintain customer orders to send to our warehouse; extract and analyze in-house reports using multiple system sources; perform inventory transactions in our in-house system; and communicate with customers and inter-departments.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Responsible for accurately processing and entering customers’ orders.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
